When I coach high school students, I see how much they want to make the right choice — and how afraid they are of getting it wrong. That pressure can drown out their own instincts.
I remember that feeling, too — the noise of expectations, the uncertainty, and the quiet voice inside that already knows, but isn’t sure it’s allowed to speak.
That’s why this work matters to me.
